Patty Myles joined Eastern Security in 1988 as a part-time Central Station Operator. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Operations Management from LeMoyne College, she transitioned into a full-time role as a Customer Service Representative. Over the years, Patty advanced to Customer Service Manager, and now serves as our Office Manager.
In her current role, Patty oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. She is the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications and plays a key role in liaising between departments, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Technical Services.
Her dedication and leadership make her an invaluable asset to the Eastern Security team!
