Jordan joined Eastern Security in 2026, making the transition to the security industry after successful careers in education and retail spaces. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences, including 4 NYS Teacher Certifications from SUNY Brockport, and a M.S.Ed. in STEM Education from Walden University.

Originally from Western New York, Jordan began his career as a STEM Educator for over a decade before transitioning into entrepreneurship, building a boutique business with his wife and his own chatbot automation business from home, ultimately making the transition to retail management with the LEGO Group. His diverse background in education, customer service, and business development has shaped a consultative approach centered on listening first and understanding each client's unique needs. 

Jordan enjoys the variety the security industry offers, the daily challenge of technical problem solving, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships while helping businesses and homeowners create safer environments through technology.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, playing and coaching ice hockey, and being present at every one of his daughters' sporting events. Whether he's at the rink, on the soccer field, meeting local business owners, or enjoying time with family, he values strong relationships, continuous learning, and giving back to the community.
