Our monitoring services, provided by Rapid Response Monitoring, an international industry leader also located in Syracuse, guarantee your security will be served by the most highly qualified and extensively trained critical event specialists in the industry.
All Rapid Response operators have at least two years of college or comparable military experience and have met the requirements of a background investigation and drug-testing, which is also done periodically.
All are SIA-certified (Security Industry Association) following a rigorous six-week training period and receive further specialization training for GPS, video surveillance, medical monitoring and other high-level services. A Quality Assurance Team constantly evaluates and trains all operators on better service methods and on updated protocols and procedures.
Operators serving medical and personal emergency response accounts are EMT-certified. Spanish-speaking operators are always on duty.
