I initially had a competitor’s system and was very disappointed. The sensors were flimsy, the delay on the camera was too long, and the system was unreliable overall. Sometimes I couldn’t even activate it or access it from my phone due to broadband problems?? I’m very happy with ESS and the service they have provided. Thanks!
